    Alessandra's Day at the Beach

I finally have my new computer setup and ready to scan slides. These were taken in December when we went to Grand Cayman for vacation.

Karen went diving and I watched Alessandra for two of the six days. Our hotel was on the beach so I ventured out and took a couple of photos of her. More like, I took a crap load and these are my favorite two...

Alessandra turns 1 this month, and it seems like yesterday she was born. Time screams by you.

It feels soooo good to scan my slides again. Our new ProMac 8 core machine is a dream. I am able to scan and edit photos without any lag. LOVE IT!

She gets more beautiful with each post Loren. It's great to get to spend that kind of quality time with them when they are little.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??

Alessandra is beautiful! Time sure does go by (too) quickly! It's hard to believe it's been almost a year since she was born.

I'm glad you're happy with your new Pro Mac.

Good to see you around, Loren.

Two fine photographs! I am particularly intrigued with the foot prints.

Great shots Loren I started mine off in the water at a very early age and now she is o.ne of my best dive buddies. Where did you stay while in the Caymans? I was only there for a day on a cruise and can't wait to go back when I have some more money in my pocket.

    Hi Adina,

Thank you very much... Karen and I both love that photo since it shows off her lashes. It was a perfect day at the beach.

We haven't tried it in b&w since our preference is color, but it's always nice to see a different perspective.

Alessandra is the greatest baby...and we are happy parents.

Re: Alessandra's Day at the Beach

    Hi Michael,

We stayed at the Marriot on 7 mile beach. She was out in the water and loving it...we hope that she becomes a diver like my wife so they can share those experience together.

I cannot dive due to ear issues, but I hope that Alessandra loves the water.

Grand Cayman was very nice, but it was expensive. It hurt financially since we flew out from the West Coast and we bought Alessandra her own plane ticket. Food has improved on the island though.

    Hi Liz,

Thank you. Alessandra has grown up so quickly. It's my priority in life is to make sure I always provide a positive source of inspiration and guidance.

It's good to be back, and now I can start taking photos again.
