Chef's/owner's name seems to be "Francisco", so probably it is the real thing, visible on the top part of the window

Carnitas? In London? Amazing! Just reading that made my mouth water. Is it deep fried and greasy? It's supposed to be. I even have a hard time getting good carnitas in Utah. I *do* miss the food in the Bay Area.

sadly not that good, they seem to drain off a lot of the grease.
better for me i suppose, and it still keeps the taste.
Oxford has a few good places to eat.
