Yea I get to take some sport pics

Haven’t had anything to post in awhile in the sports forum. It's been so long I couldn’t wait until I actually took the pictures.

I get to take T-Ball tonight and softball Thursday. Can’t wait. I have found sports photography to be one of the most rewarding and frustrating thing to photograph. The challenge is one of the things I like. That and trying to squeeze out everything I can with the equipment I have. Will post the pictures this weekend. I have done some homework in this forum on composition. But then timing is everything....russ

Still trying to get to the race track to take some pics.

For me I know there is a huge rush with taking sports pics. Capturing that precise moment in time.... Well, there's nothing like it.

Just the football lights and sounds in a game get my heart pumping.

I hear ya Russ. It seems like ages since I've been to a sporting event, let alone shoot one. One of these days......

The T-Ball was rained out :cryin: and the Soft-Ball game tonight is at 9:00 PM

Not sure how well things will work out this late in the evening but I guess thats just another one of the challenges.

Sounds Great Russ. I'm going to a Lexington Legends game Friday night. Hope to take a few there. But I'll have two grandsons with me and that may take up a little more time than the photography.

When I went to the Dragons game I shot the entire time. My boys are older but still felt left out. I think the next time I will shoot the first half and watch the second.

Gloom despair and agony on me if it weren't for bad luck I'd have no luck at all ......
The T-Ball game was rained out and I could not make it to the softball game in time to take pictures. UGH....I need a sport fix quick.

Well since I did promise pictures - here are a few I didn't post from the Dragons Game I shot a while back. Some are grainy because I had to up the ISO when it got dark.
