Another 4th finish for Plowey in the OAK Racing #35, but with Zytek not being in the championship then OAK get the points for 3rd even though they miss standing on the podium.
I even missed Plowey on track, as I negotiated an upgrade for track to pit lane for the last 2 hours of the race.
So I had to make do with his final pit stop before handing over to Bertrand Baguette, so that the Belgian driver could take the flag at his home race.
For me, it brought home how unfit I am. OK it's so hilly that it makes Brands Hatch look like a billiard table.
But even so I was puffing like the little engine that could just walking from the start to La Source.
Thank goodness Audi provided media shuttles round the track.
Right place, right time.
Pushing the track limits, but not getting a driving standards flag for it.
To steal your phrase, John, I'm still coughing up lung.
If I can keep this level of exercise up, there's a slim chance I might survive Le Mans
