    took the D200to a Indy race

    It was fun and I screwed up and left the color settings on more vivid. Now I only have a 18-200 so be kind plus the clouds was screwing thing up also.

    Not bad considering your location and lens. As for the sun being blocked that is something you have to deal with and adjust accordingly. If your subject is in the shadows adjust for the shadows and don't worry about blowing out the rest, it can be cropped if needed.

    Not to bad, it is to bad you weren't closer to the track to put that 18-200 to the workout it really deserves. And the way it looks to me Danica was waving to me ;)

    Nice shots with what you had to work with and where you were! Did you get any of the one crew guy getting hit by the car on pit road? I would have hit the driver with more than my hand! Pit road can be crazy, I know 2 guys that have been hit. Your oops I spun shot is close to where I was Sat. Pit stall 32 watching the 13 truck.

    I missed it. I was about a second off of it and panned to get the other cars. I couldnt believe all the pit problems they were having
