    S L E D D I N G . . . .

    Well after Mt Biking down on Cap cod this morning , because they didn't have any snow.

    My Son and I went over to Hopkinton Resivour for some old fasion New England sledding . this is the back side of an Earthen dam.






    and they were getting some serious Distance!!!

    the Lump on the very right side of the photo is what launched them






    Caught My Son just as he was being launced



    Ilike htis , because thats His Dad Up top behind him






    Now this was some fun stuff.

    lol, well it looks like you two had fun..... wish they hills in Indiana! I guess snow would help to, it was almost 60 here today, and tonight it's going to RAIN again. My dogs are out playing in the mud pit aka backyard right now..... Gizmo will go to the vet tomorrow looking like a muddy mutt....

    Did you slide too? I remember the days when you had no fear....in my youth, I would try anything....not so anxious now...LOL....

    Nice pics... Best part about these is that it is of kids and parents pending great times with each other. These times are what memories later in life are made of.

    Some great shots, and John I used to slide down some huge hills in the area as a kid and still do when we get the snow to do it you just live in the wrong part of the state I guess ;) .

    It's nice to see something other than Mountain Biking and basketball (not that there is anything wrong with it) for a change on here thanks for sharing.

    Oh yeah , I took a few runs ! It was fast and I didn't intentionally Launch my self but it did Happen but no I did not get nearly the height or distance the Kids were getting.
