    RB Rookies

I shot this today, but liked the look of the 3, they are 13 years old! The wind blew me all over, how does it look?

I like it alot. The front biker has a red helmet on and the other two have gray. It adds a splash of color.. Also I like the action..

    Nice job....

I like the guys in the background going a different direction - that adds something for me.

This is an great shot, the location selection that you picked worked out great allowing you to have the bikers going in two different directions. The bikers in the background look almost like a mirage. The lines are just great in the picture it really draws the eye to the main subjects.

Again you got an awesome shot, I think this should be added to the feature photo.

    Re: RB Rookies

Another great photo - the turn 9 chicane is my favorite photo spot as well. I'm sad I have to miss the race this year, as I was really looking forward to watching those guys run. Having seen some of the 125 GPs race, it should be awesome, and at that age, there's no fear to slow them down.

    Re: RB Rookies

My main criticism? I would like to see a bigger version of this!

If I had to say something, it would be to crop out the bit of tarmac in the front of the image & try & only get the grass. Might change the dynamic of the photo, with the centralised riders, so it may not work either!

    Keep up the good work!

Thats good that you tried it. I wasn't sure if it would effect the dynamic of the image. Sounds like it did, so its probably best as it is!

    Re: RB Rookies

I like the shot quite a bit, nice job. I would like to see this shot with a slower shutter and panning with the bikes. It adds so much more to the photo.

    Re: RB Rookies

Well you either need to go to Tv mode, or full manual.
That's the easiest way to get control of the shutter speed and introduce blur.

In this case though with them going in opposite directions it will not take much to blur out the riders in the background far too heavily.
