Oh boy - I love this! Gearheads will tune and race anything! Is there actually a bar stool racing series down there?

Not sure about nationwide , but locally I think there is a competition. Though the COG looks a little high these things are remarkably stable and quick.

This reminds me, there was an underground anything goes shopping cart race series in Oakland, CA in the nineties. I went to the warehouse where the races were held once. I don't remember if they were racing and I don't remember if I took pictures. But I love crazy hack racing like this
