    Unhappy Oof, disaster

    http://farski.com/2008-03-13_volleyball/index.html

So I don't usually shoot indoors, especially in low light, but I did for fun cause a friend had a game. I had to push my d70s to it's ISO1600 limit, which apparently is the same thing as the add noise filter in PS.

Besides the fact that I don't get to a lot of VB games, for whatever reason my timing was also slow; I'd say I had ball in the frame 1/5 of the time. Don't usually have that problem with other high-speed sports, so maybe it's just because I wasn't used to volleyball.

Also, with most people being right handed, and no where to shoot on one side of the court, I only got faces in shots every other game.

To cap it off the walls of this gym were the _ugliest_ beige ever, so I had to do some selective tone curving to get things to look normal.

    Oh well, maybe next time
