    From what I've been hearing, and I just finished up at a tradeshow where I got to meet with Canon tech reps and check out the 1D X, ISO12,800 could be totally useable. They wouldn't let anyone put a card in a camera yet because they aren't ready for that. I probably won't get a camera for review until early spring. But I'll shoot and publish studio tests as soon as I possibly can.

    The 1D3 and 1D4 will be good enough for me for good while longer. I won't do an upgrade. I just paid premium for the 1D4. If anything, I'd sell the 300 2.8 and 5D2 and work on the 400 2.8, but even that's a long stretch now.
