    You have a good start there. Good timing, just enough motion blur in the front wheel to give the mmovement effect, What it needs is cropping and some work with the highlights and shadows to bring more rider detail out. And some sharpening.

    Don't be afraid to open up the lens wider, to put the background more out of focus.
    Though I see from your profile you're using point & shoot, with the small sensor size and short focal length lens you may not get as much benefit from that as someone with a SLR would.
