    Midget racin

    Tony Reed at speed, he was on three wheels so long the lefy front stopped turning. Taken with Canon 1D, Sigma 70 - 200 , Shutter 1/250 ISO 640 f/3.5 No Flash. Settings give sharp subject and proper background blur while panning.
