    HS Girls Soccer

Some basic snaps from a game yesterday evening although the first image is a tad different but I can't quite make out why. Hmmmm?

I'm guess the first one was for a power throw-in? Love that move, just don't see it much in H.S.... Nice captures of the action all around...

Beautiful capture on the flip throw. What lens did you use?DOF is amazing! I had a flip thrower in Boys HS this year and got quite a few sequences but at my distance the DOF was not quite there.

    I'm using a Canon 300 2.8L on my Canon 1D Mark IIN.

That first shoot is outstanding in every way. I have never been able to get a shoot like that from a soccer match. It may have a bit to do with the level of competition that I have available to me.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??

I was amazed at how far she could toss that ball but with the momentum she got going with that flip anything would have some distance to it.
