    Re: High School XC

I love cross, but haven't made a race yet this year. My son was all state in XC his senior year in high school and his best friend won the state meet. It can be a challenge to get something different and interesting many time you have to depend on the fatigue and the expression to give you that good picture. Our high school had the state champ again last year in a great young runner who should do very well at the collegiate level this year. Once last year his car broke down on the way to a meet so he parked it alongside the road and ran the 7 miles to the meet and went on to win the meet in near record time. I guess he got himself well loosened up and ready to run.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??

This isn't cross country as I remember it; cold, muddy, rainy, and unpleasant.
I'd favour #1 of this set.
