    High School Soccer

A varsity game that started early enough that I still had some decent light.

Thanks. Gotta love shooting in the daylight. The white uniforms can be a bit tough but I've seen an article about adjustments to your camera to get greater detail in white. Once I go through it again I'll run it past you.

Great shots....Please let us know what adjustments you made. Soccer is starting here in Michigan and I would love to get shots like this...

Good shots. Soccer and all the sports here are starting but most are played at night (Varsity under the lights) and I need a like 28-200 F2.8 for that.

    Re: High School Soccer

I was using a Canon 70-200 2.8L with a Canon 1.4 TC and it was about 6:15 in the evening with the sun over my left shoulder. I was shooting at ISO 800, aperture priority of 5.6 with a shutter speed of 1/1000. The faces are a bit blurred as I should have been using a monopod for these images.
