    High School Football on Saturday.

The visiting team had a long way to travel so this weeks game was played on Saturday with 6:30 PM start time. It gave me a full half of good light to shoot action. Here are a few from Saturday.

These are great OT, you have some nice facials there. You just got to love earlier games. Our varsity had an early game this last Friday, which I hope to post soon.

Once again nice action and nice tight crops. Outstanding.

Thanks Jim the acquisition of the 300 f4 and the early starts has helped get me closer and more personal with many of my football shots.

Thanks JETA! Faces and reaction were my focus for this post. Good light so I could get inside those face mask. I've missed you you. You've been AWOL for a couple of weeks. How is your season going so far?

    Hi OT,

Sorry about being AWOL. Can you believe I've been busy working?

I did take the youth football league job. So since the end of August I've been working on portraits for them. I'm also shooting action for the youth football so it's been much for one person.

The high school team is doing good. Their first outing was pretty bad. They've always been a team that ran the ball for years. This year they completely changed the offense to a no huddle shotgun with a spread. The last two games have been great as they are getting used to something completely new. I also did all of their portraits. It's been crazy. It's close to 400 portrait packages I've sold.

In all of this I'm trying to visit my 2nd oldest who is now 6 hours away. So I shoot Friday night and leave before dawn on Sat to go visit him.

My oldest now is being scouted by a few div I colleges for next year. He's the pitcher. This year instead of living in Cali he's actually only 40 minutes away at a JuCo. I'm thrilled about that.

Not that you asked for a book, but it looks like you got one! lol

Easy to see with a schedule like that how your time here would be limited. Just don't forget about us and throw in some of you shots along the line. Great to get an update on the boys. Please keep us informed on how they are doing.

I'll never forget anyone here and you go with me to every single game I shoot. That's for sure.

This Sunday I'll be at Qwest (Seahawk Stadium) all day shooting the youth football teams. Hopefully I'll have some fun things to post from that day.

I think you and OT are both awesome, and I cherish everything you guys have taught me along with so many others here. And I learn everytime I post. I can't wait to see what else you will be bringing to show. I will be at our homecoming this weekend. Remember Jeta...
And my son will be finally starting this game...he is so excited....
