Help with Team Picture

I was hoping someone could advice me if this team picture is ok. I have been asked to do our state team picture that will hang outside our gym doors and am alittle nervous to do it. Since I still struggle with all the correct setting, I just used the settings I use when I took action pictures during the year. ISO 1600, shutter 400 f 1.8. This was a team picture I took earlier in the year so later this week I have to take a state one and really don't want to mess it up. Any advice is welcomed, I'm here to learn!!!
