    Glad to be here

I just registered today and have enjoyed reading the posts. Sports shooting is my passion and I have made a lot of photos as well as mistakes along the way. My current camera is a Fuji S2 which is too slow. I am looking into a D80 for its' speed and small size. But in the meantime, here is a sample of what I have so far uploaded to my members gallery.

oops, forgot to attach. For sports, check out canon's stuff, as they have conquered about 70% of the market for good reason. their high ISO stuff is much more impressive than nikons, and the overall speed of the cameras tends to be a bit faster. But if you're doing portraiture or landscape, nikon. THis is what I always recommend at least.

HI there and welcome to the board. Looks like you are off to a good start. I'm with livin. Look into the Canon gear.

Out of every 1000 sport shots I take I probably have one I really like. Not sure if they are mistakes, learning curve or just the nature of photography, but it's a blast to say the least.

    Welcome!
    It's not blurry. It's bokeh.
