    Girls High School Swimming

    More difficult to shoot than I thought with the water splashing everywhere and having to time swimmers coming up for their breaths.

    This pool has window lighting, indoor flourescent lighting, I was using onboard flash and the school colors are orange and back so half of the inside of the pool area is painted orange. With all those different color temperates and the pool glowing orange I'm extremely happy to get the images I did.

    Little late commenting on these, sorry. Great action pics. Your did a wonderful job timing the strokes and breathing and you had some pretty good positions for the images. That kind of lighting can be a real killer. Nice job controlling it.
    Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??

    the second one is my favorite, the lighting is good and everything,
    they're all very good though
    good work =)

    Not all those who wander are lost;
    The old that is strong does not wither,
    Deep roots are not reached by the frost.

    A light from the shadows shall spring;
    Renewed shall be blade that was broken,
    The crownless again shall be king.

    I should probably point out that these are way better than any swimming images I've ever taken. Our pool at UNH is a dungeon. underlined.
