getting the max frame rate with your camera

I feel really stupid for asking this, how do I achieve the max fps rate on my Canon 50d? I use a UDMA CF card. I mainly use a 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM lens. When its sunny out my ISO is at 320. in Al Servo and Av mode.

Click the 'joystick' to open the LCD controls and go to the bottom right and set it to 'high' which gives the 6 or so FPS. Easy to say without actually looking at it myself, since I've done it so much I don't pay that much attention.

Just in case you're completely new though.. you have to hold the shutter release down for it also, not just 'click' it once.

I actually tested my 50D on a running clock that was under 1 minute and had the tenths and it was pretty accurate and fast even indoors.
