Nice job OT. It looks like your timing is still there. Mine was aweful last night, but then it was volleyball in a dingy dungeon. We'll see tonight as I have more vb only in a nice bright gym, and on Friday I have two games, one way up North and then one on the way back.

I have yet to nail a really good volleyball shot. I think it's that I don't know the game well enough and under the dungeon conditions you have to work under you better know the game your shooting and be on top of your own.

Re: Friday Night with OUT the Lights!

    OT,
To be honest there isn't much too know in VB, the trick is to giuess where the ball is going to go. I watch warmups and see how each girl hits and where. Some of these kids I have watched for four years now and I know exactly how they play. The one posted in the other thread is freshman, but she's a setter so she just sets the ball up for someone else. That shot and those of serving are the "easy catches" and if shooting for a paper guarantees you a good safe shot if you don't get anything better. It just happened the editor told me he is doing a story next week on this girl so he wanted several shots of her, he got 5 out of 6 (this being the one he didn't get). I keep both eyes open shooting vb so I can see the more and hopefully keep track of the ball.

OT..... Great pictures.....I cannot wait until football starts here on Fri in Michigan. I look forward to all of your future posts as I know they will be awsome.

Nice timing and angles...As a former defensive player, I like the last one best..
