Thanks guys. I'd missed a couple of weeks because of travel and thought I might me a little rusty but I was pretty pleased with the early results.

Nice work as usual Larry! Today I have the rare priviledge of shooting an afternoon homecoming game. This one is also for the paper here which is fortunate for me. I don't really mind the night games, but it's nice to be able to be less concerned with the position of the players on the field and more about getting the action. This is the beginning of our busy time of the year here in KY. (and just about everywhere else too)

Awesome shots OT! Tons of action.

Our team is running the ball and usually up the middle. Good gosh, it's so hard to shoot! Almost no passes.
    It's not blurry. It's bokeh.

    Re: Friday Night Fun

I agree when you can get the action out in the open it's a lot easier to shoot. But when you do get a clear shoot of the ball carrier going up the gut it is usually an action keeper. So where are the picks JETA? I'm anxious to see some of yours.

    Re: Friday Night Fun

I have a bunch, but I'm not too thrilled with my shots this season. They seem soft and out of focus etcetcetc...

I've had to play lock down (watermarking etc) on my website so it makes is a lot harder to post pics. I'll try a get a few up tonight.
