Nice shape, my laptop isn't calibrated, but it looks a little over-exposed in some of the whites.
I'm not sure if the yellow railing across the top contributes anything, particularly as the perspective makes it look like it's not level.
Shame you couldn't move a bit and get that distant player off the pitcher's foot

I like the face, I thnkk the eyes are important in this kind of shot.
Do you have others at earlier stages of his action?

That yellow rail is detracting from a really cool shot, cropping that wont make it too tight at the top imo

Go with that first crop and you got a real winner here. We just started playing basball here but it's been so cold I haven't ventured out to the park yet.
