First Game with the new gear

Results are some better, but nowhere near what I am going for. I have not had any practice with the flash, and was changing things most of the game. Shot ETTL , and played with the angles a little. 400-500 and 650 Shutter speed. These images are only edited in Adobe RAW and converted to jpegs,









Oh yeah, I HATE the reflective stripes on the gloves.

The flash is fairly easy and straightforward, set it for Fill Flash and it will automatically adjust power for the shot as you focus. This will also save you battery power.

Give it a little time, Scott. It takes a while to grow into new gear, and I suspect that you'll shooting top-flight images with your new toys in no time.
