Featured photo

It must have been a slow week! I logged in a few minutes ago and saw one of my shots as the "featured photo". With the incredible talent and experience on this forum, I never even played with the idea that I would called up to the "bigs". In any case, I certainly appreciate the recognition, and will be inspired to do more. I can say this as someone still relatively new to Sports Photography, of all that is out there, this is the site I come to when I seek advice/answers/evaluations.

Plenty of good photographers here to spread the wealth around with. Yours was very deserving of the honor. I love it when we spot light a variety of photographers and the sports they love. Most of us do this out of love for both sports and photography and when we get an image that is worthy of recognition it's great to have it where others can enjoy it as well. JS and SW do a great job on this forum and my hats off to them.
