    Even In The Quietest Moments..

From the Sugarhouse Crit In Salt Lake City Yesterday. Added a little Velvia 50 style filtration to it.

    Hmmm, nice one Chris.
I wasn't sure about the kerb before, because the foreground flowers are so far oof.
But that road/kerb is needed there for the context, even though it's so central.

Thanks everyone. I found a RAW processor that has a Velvia 50 color profile that I really like. I was playing a bit a Sugarhouse.

It does have a Velvia look to it. Although, I think maybe the greens should be a little warmer and more vibrant if that's really what you're going for. I think it's fine just the way it is, though.

What RAW processor is it that you're using?

    John,
It's a piece of freeware called simply RAW Photo Processor. I'm looking for a way to batch RAWs into .jpg with out shelling out for Lightroom. I can't get an Aperture demo to run and I'm not excited about programs like iPhoto that drop all your images into databases for storage. I prefer a standard file system archive for that. I've been using Mac Preview, but it will only save to .tiff. I also use Photo Mechanic which will batch but it only converts to low res .jpg. I suppose as a Nikon guy I ought to try capture NX, but I've heard it's less than perfect.
