My son was competing in this meet. He throws shot & is doing really well this year. He's already qualified for league so that's exciting.

not anywhere near the rght technique, but the fact that she is carrying a baton to.... we had hurdle relays in HS but they simply added the times together. looks like 400 (300?) meter hurdles from the height to (although im use to college mens height).

pics are great, bring me back a couple years and make me want to go run hurdles again.

Thanks BFiredup. My daughter is the one in the red black and white going over the hurdle. She is just an 8th grader so I think she has some potential. She also does Volleyball Dance and softball so I am getting a lot of opportunities to practice with my camera...as well as drive her around.

She has a softball scrimmage this weekend (weather permitting) so I am going to try and get picture like deckcadet of her pitching.

And I know what you mean about the travel part with the kids...I have 2....one in 6th and one in 10th.....always on the go...go...go...go...go...(but my boy is driving now...so that is a good thing....I think???)
