Canon 70-200 2.8 IS VS. Non IS

If I'm going to use it mainly for sports (320+) does it pay to buy the IS????? Or should I save the money for my next lens purchase???

You're saying that you usually shoot at 1/320th sec. or faster? What kind of sports are you shooting? I've been using the non-IS 70-200 f/2.8L for a long, long time. I can do almost everything I want with it. But every once in a while, around sunset or when I'm in the trees, I wish I had the IS. If I was going to buy it again, I'd probably cough up the extra $200+ for the IS. That lens also makes a nice portrait lens and the IS reallyhelps there.
