Doesn't look good at first sight, but there are a few opportunities at the track crossing by the pits exit.
There is a long lens shot of the hill down from Druids down to Graham Hill.

If you walk up to the fence left of the gate then there is a tiny gap to shoot through (guy in white shirt with rucksack).
Or you can put your long lens right up to the fence and shoot wide open (guy with red cap).

Yes, accredited photographers can go anywhere.
You just have to know the right people to get accredited.

For the DTM the infield inside Druids was closed and only access to there was across the track, hence accredited only.
Normally that area is open and you get crowds on the inside fence too.
