These are real nice OT, I especially like the first one with the ball coming towards you, nice capture. Now this is not a critique but I do have a question. Was the blur (feet / ball) intentional or unintentional. I'm just curious because I like the shots the way they are and there does appear to be some noise in them

Thanks Jim. These images do have more noise than I would like, however the evening was rather dark and overcast with a drizzle of rain. I was shooting a higher ISO and slower shutter speed than I normally would like to. The answer to your question is the blur was not intentional, however I knew that it would occur under those conditions. My main goal was to try and keep the faces sharp.

Even though his face is partially hidden, number two is a cool action shot. I also like four as his tongue is hanging out and that makes it a nice capure. Nice job.

#3 would be great if it weren't for the background - the hand on head where you can't see the other player properly. Good timing and great expression.
I love #4 for the tongue hanging out !

Thanks for the comments Paul. You know I never noticed that hand on the head in #3. funny how you can look and look at an image and not see something like that. It takes a fresh perspective to see thing in an image sometimes. I appreciate you pointing that out.
