    BMX pictures

    I went out to the park the other day and took some pictures. A ot of really good locals were there witch was good. Heres a few of them.




    This is seriously insane, he gets so high off that hip.

    Looks like you've been experimenting with some off-camera flash. I like the effect and it gives the shots more depth. Nice!

    I agree with you Dan, the DOF on these are great, and I love the Bright subject with the background of the black Night Sky. Keep up the good work, and keep those guys flying high wow they get some air.

    Wow, those are awesome Corey. I agree, the off camera flash against the pitch black background is a great effect. And it always helps to have a fairly decent rider.

    Those are Nice. I really like he ones with the Yellow Spokes, Gives the bike a "complete" look.

    I am always amazed how high the guys on BMX can go.

    I used a sb-800 and sb-600, I used cactus triggers to fire them. I was shooting a D80 with a 18-55mm 2.8 lens on it. Thanks for the comments!

    can you give tips on off camera flash set ups. ] looked at your flikr what would be a great shot would be when the guy did a back flip over the guy, but you would be the guy and take the pic of him going over you.
