The reduce noise tool on CS3 doesn't seem to do much, can anyone help me capitalize on that tool?

download or buy Neat Image or Noise Ninja. I personally use Neat Image and love it it will take the noise out leave your images a little soft looking but does the job on the pictures that noise is going to ruin.

Any way, nice shooting there, doesn't look like they have many people in the stands, for NYC I would have thought it would have been full.

Thanks I'll try those, yeah the Dragons play in Long Island so it's tough to get that many people out to see the Dragons - but there are about 10,000 at every game.
