Another try at BB and SB

Okay had another game yesterday afternoon....I almost froze, felt more like football weather than baseball.....but I enjoyed shooting the kids....

Great shots, Remember with sports you don't always get the shots you want you get the shots you are given, sometimes you are given awesome awe inspiring photographs that make people gasp and other times you get shots that are just that shots and nothing else.

I really like your top and 3rd down shots. Keep up the good work and don't forget to post your next game.

Very nice.

#1 SB pitcher is a great shot. It is not easy to get the fingers and ball in focus, but you almost did it. That's pretty good form for a HS pitcher throwing a screw ball. Also, she has some great distance off the mound. Looks like a tall girls.

#2 is nice, but that nice fan with the tan coat and green junk really take a bit of focus away from a nice shot.

The double play is just a great shot. Your positioning and timing are right on. Someone needs to tell that day to park somewhere else ... or maybe one of the kids will jack one 420 feet and put a dent in his hood. That'll teach him to disrupt your shots!

The final sequence is nice, I wish you had the three frames before that.

I'm curious about your settings. I would open your lens up all the way and shoot with a faster ss.
