    Christmas Lights

I Can Use Some Help On Taking Shots Of My Christmass Tree. When I Use The Flash It Knocks Out The Lights And I Really Have Not Gotten A Good Shot Without The Flash.

I Can Also Use Some Tips On Taking Shots Of My Outdoor Lights At Night.

    Thanks

    Tommy

    Re: Christmas Lights

Tripod. I'd shoot without flash on a tripod. It would help to also have enough ambient light to see details but not enough to overpower the tree lights.

Outdoor lights I'd shoot on a tripod at twilight so there's enough light in the sky for detail but again not bright enough to overpower the lights.

    Hope this helps.
