    35-70mm f4 minolta lens.

    Anybody used this or heard anything about it? It is being sold for super cheap, wondering if there is a reason why... all other minolta f4~ lens in the same build style are wonderful.

    I have not used this lens. I've heard a few positive comments about it. I've also heard it may have flare and fringing issues wide open too. I think the real reason this lens is not so popular (thus selling for cheaper) is because of the focal range which just isn't that great.

    You might be better off with the 28-75mm f2.8. It's a faster lens.

    Im ending up with the 24-50mm f4. I hear its better, and its a better range too (especially considering crop-X)

    this was taken with the 35-70mm f/4 lens!! Of course my pics was not centered right but u will get the idea!! It was nice and clear!!!
