Site loading very slow

Last couple of days the site has been very slow for me! How about everyone else? Jeff

Wow! You got that right! This afternoon I could not get into PR at all.....just kept still. Then later I got a message - something like the brower could not connect - or similar. Now it is taking minutes just to get from one post to another.

Dead on my laptop, works on iPhone perhaps because the timeout is long on the phone?
I keep getting timeout errors from IE8 or FF6, so it doesn't seem application specific.
But other websites work fine.

Been doing it to me ever since I joined.
I usually have to click on a link, or click the reload button at top, three or more times to get the next page to load. Sometimes it never does.

I'm really sorry to hear that. Does any of the page load or do you just get a blank page? If it loads and then hangs, where does it stop loading? Can you alos tell me what browser you're using? We have had some problems but we've been working our way through them and it should be working a lot better now. But I know that's not the case for everyone. More information should help us figure out where the problems lie.

I've gotten the "server busy" several times. I still have to move over to IE in order to get in the forums and and to profiles..etc.

At first, it just sits on same page, with the spinning top just spinning. Once I click on the link again, or Reload button enough times, the whole page loads. Sometimes I click on the Back button and start over. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't.

I use Firefox for my browser.

With this being said, it's working much better tonight. If it keeps working like it is right now, it'll be just fine.
