I'm sorry, Pam. This is being looked at and I'm making almost daily reports about the problem right now. We haven't been able to isolate, though. one of the issues is that we can't even replicate it ourselves. I'm not seeing the problem and neither does our IT guy. That makes it extra hard to track down and fix. Anyway, we are aware of it and it's a very high priority.
