The first one is the strongest out of the three for me.

While the angle of the 2nd one is good, the wing touching the frame sorta throws it off for me. especially since only a small tip is out.

for the last one, i don't think the composition works, the nose and the tail are missing. I think it would've been better had you either zoomed out to include the entire plane or zoomed in at a particular area of the plane.
