There's a good blog post on negotiating photo rights. May be worth reading. You're also going to want to make sure your model has signed a photo release, otherwise, it could cause trouble down the road. |

Congratulations. But make sure they pay. If it's worth having, it's worth paying for. At the minimum they should link to your Flickr page. I make that judgement call based on how much money they're making and how much traffic a photo link might generate. For a small, personal blog page I'll usually let someone use a photo. But if a company is making money, the gots to pay. You don't need to be a charity  |
