    good, just don't get taken advantage of! It is nice that they asked, instead of just using it, but don't allow them to just use it because they asked, you know?

    There's a good blog post on negotiating photo rights. May be worth reading. You're also going to want to make sure your model has signed a photo release, otherwise, it could cause trouble down the road.

    Congratulations. But make sure they pay. If it's worth having, it's worth paying for. At the minimum they should link to your Flickr page. I make that judgement call based on how much money they're making and how much traffic a photo link might generate. For a small, personal blog page I'll usually let someone use a photo. But if a company is making money, the gots to pay. You don't need to be a charity :)
