Maybe with a polarizing filter to bring out more of the stair and less reflection? - TF

Well, it was taken with a point and shoot After I get the new camera I will try it again. I have been researching lenses and filters and figured that was the answer. Making a mental note to come back to that window.

If you know someone that has a circular polarizer, borrow it and just hold it in front of your lens. - TF
