    Paint Shop Pro and RAW support for Canon PowerShot Pro 1

    Does anyone know when Paint Shop Pro will support the RAW format for the Canon PowerShot Pro 1.

    And does Photoshop Elements 3 support this format?

    Jasc uses Bibble's camera raw which is currently at 4.1 and they're working on 4.2 which I believe will have the Pro 1 in it - not sure whether or not PSP will be able to use it as soon as it's available.

    Elements does support the Pro 1.

    Thanks for the news - are you talking about Elements 2.0 or 3.0?

    Sorry, Elements 3 - the other 2 don't support raw. If you go with Elements 3 I would suggest also getting The Hidden Power of Photoshop Elements 3 which provides some extra tools from Photoshop that aren't part of Elements such as Curves, Channels, etc. I haven't had a chance to go through the book yet, but I flipped through it when I got it and it really looks like a solid Photoshop book.
