Hello,

Working on a Mac, I have noticed (a long long time ago) a built in monitor calibration tool. It gives infos on the "gamma", color temp and ultimately datas on the red, green and blue component. I never care about it before as I did not had any need for it but monitor calibration is now an issue as I am going digital real soon.

To Mac users, how worthy is that calibration tool?

And more generally speaking, what would be a good way to calibrate for a start?
I will obviously need to do some reading and I might go for a workshop as well but I am simply seeking for some basic infos as a start.
