Ha.. you didn't realize that Fiesta Island (which has a land bridge incidentially) long ago used to be a sludge waste repository. It's sort of 'anything goes' place now - drinking, 4WD vehicles, dogs allowed to run unleashed, jet skiers, etc. I've had a few problems over there with intoxicated idiots while jogging.
