This is straight out of the camera with just a levels tweak,

I took a few but the problem with this is that there are reed beds all around the area and the rest of the images really are of the back and reed beds included.

I have tried boosting the windmill but without much luck if anyone wants a play feel free. I could not get rid of the flatness. It was taken in the late evening. I took the camera out the following morning with just grey clouds and it washed it out so much I didn't even bother taking one picture.

Thanks to all for the guidance on this. If someone does have a go and success then let me know what you did. I can post a bigger version in the gallery if you want.
