When I am taking shots for a panorama I like to have the focal length around 50-55 mm (equivalent) so that there are fewer perspective issues. This requires more shots of course.
Every setting was set to manual...white balance and focus. It took me about 30 seconds at most to take all those pictures. It was not a windy day or anything either. The clouds seemed perfectly still. Next time i do a panorama i'll try to shot 50-55mm, cause i shot all those at 28mm, thats why i only had like 6 pictures to make the whole one.

Thanks GB1 for testing it out with your PS. I thought my ps was crap. I'll probably try using photostitch or whatever software came with the camera. Thanks for the advice readingR. I'll try it again on a better day.

By the way, GB1, i noticed you're from san diego too. I took this picture in the Rancho Bernardo area, Webb Lake Park. I was just wondering if it looked familar to you or anything.
