    I like this one a lot John. The composition is well-balanced and properly off-center I would say, and the light is very good. Is that Lake Michigan?

    Yup. Partly it was that he was from Indiana, partly is was that I've lived near Lake Michigan for almost 20 years now. I now her when I see her.

    I personally think that this is an example of an image where it doesn't matter if the image is off-center, in this particular example it makes the composition only stronger.
