    Wanda

I suppose this the first portrait I have ever taken. Camera in one hand and the lead in the other. Hope you enjoy it.

Tom, Very well done and a nice clean shot. Black and white is perfect and a very simple shot.

    Well done,

Good shot , Tom. b&w is effective, framing and comp is good as is the dof. I like how you included the trees lines in the bg, adds interesting depth. Great looking dog, and photo.

Tom, this is really neat. In fact, this is one of the most enjoyable dog picture that I can remember. Everything works for me here, from the composition to the choice of background.

I'm so glad you liked this. I worked hard to get a reasonable steady pose from Wanda. I will pass on your comments to her too! She is giving me lots of pleasure in every way and I hope to get more co-operation from her for more pictures. My ambition would be to get a close-up of her in full flight.
