This version could use more contrast.

I don't think you need another car but it would be interesting to have a brand new shiny car in front of the building.
I think this has lots of potential for reshoots and the only thing right now is that its too dark.
Could crop out the street and the top down to roof peak but you'd still have that garbage at top right.

Not bad first B&W by any means. There is a lot of dark gray area, could use more brightness some places. My main objection here is all the street and not enough area above the garage - ya should have titled the camera up about 5 degrees !

definitely an interesting subject. Can you return to do some more shots?

I'd trya na angle that minimized the houses behind it also.
