I am ok with processing, because it does make me think of those of old 30's shots which were done slightly out of focus and had that strange sepia look to them. If we look at it compositionally, the Barn is in the very center of the shot and the horizon is diving the photo in half. It would be better if the barn was to the side and the horizon followed the rule of thirds.
